Where Your Strengths Meet Strategy -and Leadership Feels Human Again

Hi, I’m Dr. Ti’eshia Moore

I’m a former college professor and organizational culture aficionado. I do my best work in helping entrepreneurs and leaders become culture shifters, focusing on organizational strategy + strengths. I don’t just help teams discover their strengths, I help them live them. My clients don’t hire me for a feel-good workshop. They hire me to fix what’s quietly eroding performance: misaligned culture, unclear leadership, and conflict people are too afraid to name.

I work with founders and organizational leaders from all parts of the globe every single day and based on my research + years of working with some of the world’s most influential people, I can tell you that your mission is too important to leave to chance. Fortify the glue that holds your strategy and execution together, and you’ll see results both in culture and the bottom line.

Want to gauge how your current culture stacks up or find out how to partner?

You're Leaving Strategy on the Table

As a former researcher, strengths is one of my favorite tools. But if you’re only using strengths for self-awareness, you’re leaving strategy on the table. CliftonStrengths is not a personality profile, it’s a leadership tool.

When used well, it becomes a repeatable language for feedback, a blueprint for performance, and a mirror for culture. But most organizations stop at Step 1: assessment.

Here’s where I come in.

I guide teams and leaders through the uncomfortable (but necessary) conversations that actually change how they operate. Using research-backed diagnostics, strategic planning, and high-impact facilitation, I help you translate strengths into culture-building behavior.

What I Do Differently

  • Most consultants deliver a one-off session. I start with a proprietary culture audit that surfaces blind spots leaders can't see and don’t know how to fix.

  • I work with founders, leaders, and individuals who know guiding others takes courage. I merge the science of strengths with real implementation that helps take the guesswork out of leading.

  • I help founders, leaders, and managers develop emotional intelligence, conflict tools, and communication strategies in order to shift culture. I help you build the systems that outlast a one-time workshop.
